Biography

Going Jessie is a Belgian modern country pop band led by Natacha Wuyts and Philippe Havelange.

Blending contemporary country, pop and rock influences, Going Jessie pairs modern sounds with deeply personal stories. Driven by rich vocal harmonies and energetic live shows, the band takes its audience on a true Americana road trip, from Nashville to the Rockies.

Real stories, authentic music

WHO WE ARE, Going Jessie's upcoming album, is arguably the band's most authentic project to date. The record was built from real moments, sincere emotions and lived experiences.

Every song carries a message of hope and kindness, inviting listeners to accept themselves, keep moving forward and become the best version of themselves.

WHO WE ARE was recorded in 2026 at Jet Studio and mixed by Charles De Schutter. Its first single, “For Better”, was released in September 2026, ahead of the album's release planned for early November 2026.

A story that begins in 2022

Formed in 2022 by Natacha Wuyts and Philippe Havelange, Going Jessie quickly released its first single, “All Over Again”, recorded at Jet Studio.

In early 2025, the band unveiled “Sunset Tonight”, also recorded at Jet Studio and mixed in the United States.

That same year, Going Jessie took a new step with the release, in late 2025, of its first EP, Trust, recorded and mixed by Rudy Coclet.

These past years have also been marked by many live performances, allowing the band to develop its stage identity and steadily build its audience.

A strong bond with the American scene

Going Jessie has a strong and lasting connection with the American music scene. The band co-writes with Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Lisa Crawley and has also built friendships with several Nashville musicians.

This bond grew out of a long-standing artistic collaboration and friendship between Philippe Havelange and Lisa Crawley. Over time, these exchanges opened Going Jessie up to new collaborations and deepened its attachment to the American music world.

It was in this context that the band was invited to Los Angeles to record a session for “Jam in the Van”, as well as another live session at Paramount Recording studio.

This next American chapter is a natural step in the band's journey and in its ambition to take its music beyond borders, while staying true to its identity: authentic, modern and deeply human music.

Going Jessie today

With WHO WE ARE, Going Jessie asserts its identity more than ever. An identity shaped by lived experiences, encounters, travels and the desire to turn personal stories into universal songs.

Between Belgium, Nashville and Los Angeles, Going Jessie continues down the road with the same conviction: sharing songs about who we are, what we go through and who we can become.
